More and more people around the world are turning to Virtual Personal Training to help them reach their fitness goals. It is a very effective and practical approach to fitness programming and great for the person who frequently travels, needs new and creative exercises and exercise routines to stay excited about their workouts; and desires a fitness coach to keep them focused and motivated.
When you join you will be assigned a Personal Trainer who will call you to schedule your Initial Health and Fitness Consultation. They will help you establish your fitness goals, identify health risks and physcial limitations, and assess your fitness level. Once completed your personal trainer will develop a personalized program and upload it to our Online Fitness Program. Your Online Fitness Program will include your exercise plan, pictures and videos of each exercise, a meal plan, and much more! Your trainer will keep your workouts exciting and challenging so you never get bored.
